[Memory Box Retreat]

I had the privilege to go to a scrapbooking retreat over the last weekend, and it was such a blast! Amy and i headed out wed morning to meet mandee and mindee, and head out for a weekend of good times, and fun projects. To start the weekend off right we went for a little stroll on the local pond! Rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby! so funny.

Madge wasn't about to chance us capsizing so she took precautions! SMART MOVES!

Amy and i at the retreat! what good times we had! i'm so glad we're beefcakes! Also stephanie made her presence known! Cat-Itude! you guys have become such good friends! hooo hooo! i love it! thanks for being super rad and being such amazing artists as well! you guys have the goods!

There were plenty of good scenery shots to be had! i love my new camera! i'm at my station minding my own biz, when steph yells..... "Get over here and see this sun set!" i took one look and grabbed my camera! the colors were beautiful! purple and pink and orange! not only did we have good friends, scrapbooking, and food, we had beautiful surroundings as well!

We had a photo shoot for amy's ring. Amy's mother passed away from cancer, and her sister got a hold of one of her spoons and had an artisan make it into a ring and gave it to amy at the retreat! how precious! and what an amazing thing. So we took some fun photo's so that she could scrap this amazing ring.

What would a retreat be without ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES. Madge was smart enough to bring an essential tool! GAS-X! put one in your scrapbooking tote today!
