Happy new year and photo overload haha sorry ... make up for the lack at christmas! my kids are young enough to get away with new years at OUR bed time.. haha which is 8 for the kids... so at 6:30 after dinner we started our new year celebration!
scott went to the store for some snacks and came home with lots of new years goodies for the kids it was awesome!
all the noise makers and hats! haha
we started by passing out the attire and then played games we got for Christmas
we played don't break the ice, and COOTIES it was a lot of fun!
the game was taking too long for scott haha so they had a bonus FREE for all round... where you just pick the pieces you want and try to hurry and put your bug together before anyone else! haha! they liked that round!

after game time it turned into a dog pile wrestling match that actually lasted a long time! haha

we had a great night! we talked about our goals as a family and as individuals and everyone came up with some things we are going to work on for the new year. Then we had a countdown from 10 to 1 and scream happy new year... then i had the kids run upstairs open the front door and do it again for the whole neighborhood to hear! haha they got a kick out of that! we had a great night a great 2010 and have high hopes for 2011~ :)
